Our drilling crews have completed appropriate health and safety training as specified under 29 CFR 1910.120(e) and are therefore qualified to perform drilling services on designated hazardous waste investigations as well as geotechnical sampling operations.  Our drilling crews have also received the 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training as well as Maritime Security Training.

Our employees are certified CPR and first aid trained.  Our continuous in-house safety program assures that our personnel are practicing current safety standards ensuring on-the-job safety for both our clients and our personnel.

HTB has also worked on numerous geotechnical and environmental investigations throughout the state for various local government agencies as well as projects located at Pearl Harbor, Fort Shafter, Schofield Barracks, Kaneohe Bay MCBH, Hickam Air Force Base, Barking Sands Pacific Missile Range, Pohakuloa, and Lualualei.  Our crew is very familiar with the special procedures involved during and after sample collection.  Our experience also includes several offshore borings, which entailed close coordination with Port Operations.
